Delivery availability is automatically confirmed at checkout. If your address is eligible, you will be able to complete your purchase without issues.

2. Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

The total delivery time consists of two parts:

  • Order Processing Time: Handling, quality check, packing, and dispatch

  • Shipping Time: Transit time from our warehouse to your delivery address

  • For orders containing multiple items, if one or more items are unavailable, available items may be shipped first

  • Orders below $99 AUD: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

Shopping over $99 AUD is the best value and qualifies for free shipping.
