Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Asyrose, we always hope you'll love every piece you receive. But if something isn't quite right, don't worry—we're here to help. 💌
Please review our return and exchange guidelines below to ensure a smooth experience.


1. Cancelling an Order

  • Changed your mind? No problem. If your order hasn’t shipped and it’s within 24 hours of placing it, you can cancel it free of charge.

  • If the package is already on its way, we won’t be able to cancel the order at that stage. Please contact us after you receive the package. If you still wish to cancel after delivery, kindly reach out to our customer service team to arrange a return.


2. After-Sales Service Window

  • If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service team within 14 days from the date your package is marked as “Delivered”.

Tip: Once the specified time period has passed, it may be difficult for us to assist further. Thank you for your understanding.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Click the “Customer Service” icon at the bottom right corner of our website to contact our support team.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your registered email address

  • A brief description of the issue

Including clear photos of the item and packaging (especially showing the issue) will help us process your request faster.

Once reviewed, we will send you the return address and instructions.


4. What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Items must be unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered

  2. All original tags and labels must be attached

  3. Items must include all original packaging (such as dust bags or gift boxes)

  4. Items must be clean and in resalable condition (no stains, odors, or signs of wear)

To protect the shopping experience of all customers, items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding. 💕


5. Our Return & Exchange Process

For Returns:

  1. Contact us via online customer support

  2. Submit your order details and the reason for return (photos are recommended)

  3. Receive the return address and instructions

  4. Ship the item back using a reliable shipping method
    (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees)

  5. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days
    (The time for funds to appear depends on your payment method)

For Exchanges:

  1. Let us know the item, size, or color you would like instead 💘

  2. We will confirm availability and shipping details

  3. If the selected item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options


6. Refund Time & Method

Once the returned item is received and approved:

  • Credit Card payments: Refunds are processed within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer

  • PayPal payments: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 48 hours after processing


7. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs, including international and customs clearance fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please use a shipping service with tracking and customs clearance.

  • Save your tracking number and provide it to our customer service team.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or unpaid return parcels.


A Few Friendly Reminders

  • Custom-made items, intimate apparel, accessories, and clearance products are non-returnable.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for items not purchased from Asyrose.
